None at all to get started. Pramod designs effective sessions using your bodyweight and minimal space. Over time, a few affordable items like resistance bands may be suggested — but nothing is mandatory.

Absolutely. Pramod holds a specialisation in Female Fitness and designs programmes around hormonal health, body composition goals, and lifestyle demands. Whether it's fat loss, definition, or returning to fitness after pregnancy — sessions are built entirely around you.

How long are sessions and how many do I need per week? +

Each session runs 45–60 minutes. Most clients see strong results with 3 sessions per week. If your schedule allows 2, that works too — consistency matters more than frequency.

Which areas in Bangalore do you cover for in-home training? +
